Group fitness is a great way of getting in shape and meeting new people. USF Recreation & Wellness offers group fitness classes free of charge on campus. There are many classes to choose from, including Total Body Strength and Yoga. They are all nationally certified and will give a challenging yet rewarding workout to all levels of fitness. You can find a class to suit your needs, whether you're newbie or an expert.

While the gym is open to the public, Group Fitness classes will be virtual via Microsoft Teams. The schedule will be posted here, as well as any other important information. All Group Fitness classes are free to attend, so there's no need to make a reservation ahead of time. You can register for a class online or at a kiosk in the Campus Recreation Center lobby. Participants who are not registered for a class can sign up as "Stand-bys" to be there five minutes before class starts. Group Fitness also offers Group Cycle, a unique feature. This unique indoor cycling class tests riders' speed and resistance to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Its MyWellness app allows you to track your cardio workouts. The Cycle Concert Series allows patrons to watch their favorite musicians live, while a new artist is featured each week.
