Packages

There are different types of packages available for personal training on Long Island. There are both monthly and single-session packages. You can have a personal coach come to you at home or you can go to a gym. The sessions last 60 minutes and can be used in person at the Wellness & Recreation Center. Included in your first session is a complete consultation. The sessions cannot be guaranteed during academic holidays or breaks. You are entitled to 3 sessions per week even though your Semester Pass expires in 6 months.
